How do I know I can trust a web agency?
Open their live client sites, read the Google reviews, ask for licence and tax details, and confirm you will own your domain and files. You can do all of this with us before paying anything.
Do you have a UAE trade licence?
Add your licence details or how you contract here. UAE buyers often ask to see a trade licence and TRN, so answer this openly.
Will I lose my Google ranking if you redesign my site?
No. We keep your important pages, set up redirects from the old addresses to the new ones, and check Google after launch.
Can you keep my current domain and content?
Yes. We reuse your domain, logo and text where it helps, and rewrite what is weak.
Is hosting included?
No. We do not offer hosting, and it is not included in any plan. Hosting cost extra, paid to the hosting company you choose.
Who owns the website and domain?
You do. The domain is registered in your name, and you receive the WordPress admin login at launch. If you ever leave, everything goes with you.
How long does a website take?
Most Starter sites go live in about 10 working days once we have your logo, text and photos. Larger sites take 3 to 4 weeks. You get a dated plan on day one.
Your team is in India. How will we work together?
We work in UAE hours (confirm your hours). We message on WhatsApp, meet on Zoom or Google Meet, and call you back when you ask. You get a live preview link so you see progress as it happens. Payment is by bank transfer or payment link, invoiced in AED.
Can the site be in Arabic as well as English?
Yes. A bilingual site with a language switcher is available as an add-on, including right-to-left layout for Arabic pages.
What happens after the site is live?
You can edit simple content yourself using the handover video, or choose a care plan from AED 149 a month and message us for updates, backups and security.
Can you build an online shop?
Product catalogues with enquiry buttons are included in the Business package. Full online shops with payments are quoted separately (confirm).
