Our ghee is carefully hand-crafted using traditional Ayurvedic practices in small batches with the utmost care and attention to Detail. We produce our ghee by simmering pure cow milk over low heat for several hours, which allows the milk solids to separate from the pure golden butterfat. The milk solids are then removed, leaving only the beautifully fragrant ghee.
